We're mad as hell, and we're not going to take it anymore...
New Jersey residents are being forced to bear a crushing price for Trenton's failure to address the havoc unleashed by climate change. We pay this price in tax dollars. In property damage. In lost wages and income. In human lives.

NJPACTNOW is the collective endeavor of more than 30 nonprofit organizations that think New Jersey has waited long enough for comprehensive action. In 2022, we helped drive adoption of the stalled Inland Flood Protection rules. Now we're campaigning for the adoption of the long-promised revisions to the state's land use regulations. We think it's time for New Jersey to get REAL.

What do we want? No more heel-dragging!
We want Trenton to stop dragging its heels on NJPACT/REAL -- the climate resiliency legislation that we were promised us four years ago.

We want to see the NJDEP's efforts to save lives, property, and vital infrastructure through its proposed stormwater management, coastal sea level rise, and wetlands protection rules adopted.
When do we want it? Now!
New Jersey residents should not have to endure the effects of climate change without measurable progress on this critical policy.
